We take great pride in the production of our garments and believe you will love them as much as we do. Returns and Exchanges
Forrest and Fauna guarantees your satisfaction. All Forrest and Fauna clothing is inspected to ensure that each garment is made of only the finest organic cotton and the highest quality workmanship. Please understand that due to the nature of our product (essentially that it is made from the Earth), we allow for slight variances in color, texture and design. With that said we are committed to providing the best product with the best service.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact info@forrestandfauna.com for a return authorization. Customer service must be contacted within 7 days of date of receipt of your products for a refund, credit, or exchange. We will accept the return of any unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise through no fault of carrier. If the item is defective upon receipt you must also contact customer service to make a return within 7 days of receiving the goods. Returns must have the original purchase order and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Sale and Discounted Merchandise
Please note that all discounted sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on them. This includes sample sales and studio sales. We strongly encourage you to contact a customer service representative with questions pertaining to a final sale item before purchasing.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to make changes/cancel your order you will want to get a hold of us ASAP and no more than 24 hours after the order has been placed. All product and custom orders cancelled after 24 hours will be billed the entire handling and shipping charges and half of the value of the total order.
Payment Information
Upon receiving your order, Forrest and Fauna will submit an invoice to you (which may also reflect charges for freight, handling, taxes, etc). Invoices must be paid in full within thirty (30) days unless otherwise indicated. Any amount not paid when due will accrue an interest at the percentage stated on the Terms and Conditions Sales Order Form.
Shipping Information
Please contact our sales department at katy@forrestandfauna.com for specific information pertaining to ship dates. Upon receipt of your purchase you will notified of the exact ship date for your Forrest and Fauna merchandise. At the time of your order, we will provide you with shipping cost and carrier options. Please also note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Forrest and Fauna is happy to take orders for international shipment. After you place an order, we will contact you within 24 hours with the shipping total. We always aim to provide the lowest shipping rate available. A $5 Handling charge will be placed on all orders. Items Shipped in Error
If an order was filled incorrectly please contact Forrest and Fauna at 714.817.7320. The correct products will be shipped promptly and a return label will be provided to return the incorrect products.
Lost Packages
Risk of loss or damage while shipping passes to the customer upon transfer from Forrest and Fauna to the carrier. We will provide you with tracking information for each package but in the unlikely event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. For more information about placing claims with UPS please visit www.ups.com.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge 7.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of California. Orders shipped outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
